Dan Byles Attends Launch of Northern Warwickshire Tourism Association New Brochure

Prospective North Warwickshire MP and former soldier Dan Byles yesterday joined two local Mayors, and local radio personality Liz Kershaw (BBC Coventry & Warwickshire) at the launch of a striking new brochure by the Northern Warwickshire Tourism Association (NWTA).

The NWTA is a non profit organistation which seeks to raise the profile of tourism and local businesses operating within the tourism industry.

Speaking after the launch, Dan said: "Many people, when they think of tourism in Warwickshire, immediately think of south Warwickshire and sites such as Shakespeare's birthplace and Warwick Castle.

"But we are lucky to have some real hidden tourist gems right here in Northern Warwickshire. That's why the work of the NWTA is so vital to local businesses operating within the tourist industry.

"And it's important that every one of us remember that we are all representatives of Northern Warwickshire, and wherever we go in the country, and in the world, we should consider ourselves ambassadors, and we should encourage people to visit our beautiful county to see the sites for themselves."
